CURRENT WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
During the Summer Quarter, Will Dunne is taking his usual break from teaching workshops in the Bay Area, but continues to be available for individual script consultations by appointment with writers anywhere in the world.
Meanwhile enrollment is now open for the Fall series of Story Weekend which will meet in San Francisco on the first weekend of the month in October, November, and December. Each self-contained weekend offers in-depth writing exercises, actor readings of your work, and group critiques to help you develop a play or screenplay in progress.

STORY WEEKEND
October 2-3, November 6-7, and December 4-5
To help you develop your play or screenplay, this monthly series of intensive weekend workshops offers a blend of creative and analytical activities, including in-depth guided writing exercises, actor readings and group discussions of your scene work, and the opportunity to participate in our New Writers/New Works staged reading series.
The workshop is designed for experienced writers who are currently working on a script project and want guidance, feedback, and support. Beginners and other observers can participate by purchasing a Weekend Pass that lets them follow along during writing exercises, and audit scene readings and critiques.
You can sign up for one, two, or all three weekends. Or purchase a Weekend Pass that lets you observe workshop activities. The weekend includes:

Location in San Francisco: Phoenix Theatre Annex, 414 Mason Street (near Geary), Fourth Floor. Maximum enrollment: 12 writers.
Tuition is $170 for one weekend. Weekend pass for observers: $60. Note: Returning workshop members can enroll in either or both weekends with a $75 deposit. The minimum deposit for new applicants is $170. Discounts are available if you enroll in more than one workshop during the same quarter (see table).

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
Your deposit is part of your tuition payment. The remaining balance is due - in full - by the beginning of your first workshop session. If you sign up in advance for all three weekends and wish to extend payment over time, tuition payment plans are available.
Following is a sample plan for a new applicant who has pre-enrolled in the Three-Weekend Quarterly Package with a $170 deposit and qualified for the $70 series discount.

BE AN OBSERVER
If you are beginning writer or just wish to observe without presenting work, you can purchase a Weekend Pass that lets you observe Story Weekend activities.
You can learn a lot by following along during writing exercises, observing scene readings, and listening to group critiques. It's also a chance to meet Bay Area writers, actors, and directors who approach script development from a professional perspective.
